I´m from Monterrey, Mexico. I´m Steelers fan since I was 9 years old, I played football in a team named "acereros", that means Steelers in Spanish. Now i´m 38, and here in Monterrey we have a group named "Regios de Acero" ("men & women of steel") - a Steelers fans group. Every year we make a trip to USA to see a game of our beloved team. Past year we made a trip to New Orleans on October 31st, and in February to Dallas SB XLV (without tickets, we made our tailgate nearest of the stadium, 1 block away and saw the game by TV). Now we scheduled our 2011 trip to see the Steelers at Arizona and Houston. My dream is to visit the Heinz Field and see my team playing at home, and I know that one day I will be there.

530 viewsPatrick’s story about the loss of his young son was featured on the site on February 27, 2013.
“We went to St. Vincent three days…Friday for the night practice where Kathleen got lots of autographs; On Monday (8/5), I got Ben’s autograph on my son’s jersey. I told him it was my son’s favorite jersey and that he had passed away December 30th and had been featured on his site. He looked at me and said, ‘I am sorry. (Pause) I am really very sorry!’. It was very nice for him to acknowledge it all in the pandemonium that was surrounding him at the time.
On Wednesday (8/7), we went back with one of the kids’ ski instructors and three of their ski buddies. Kathleen and two of the kids got Ben’s autograph. Kathleen was beaming. I was amazed at how gracious Ben was… It had been a long practice and both his right elbow and left knee were heavily iced and he moved gingerly. In spite of this, he signed hundreds of autographs… It was a pretty impressive display.

"Omani camels love a Steelers fan. He wouldn't stop smiling! Some were quite vocal." -- Matthew

772 viewsMy name is Matt August and I am a police sergeant in California. I was born a Pittsburgh Steelers fan in 1972 and have carried that love for the team through highs and lows. I am now raising my own family and they have also embraced my love for Steelers football. I am a huge Ben Roethlisberger fan and have several of his jersey's and am hoping I will be able to get one of his new Nike jerseys this year so that I can hang up my old Reebok jerseys. As you can see from our photo, we are a large family so making sure my entire family had jerseys has always been a priority for me rather than updating my own.
One of the things I admire and respect the most is his leadership of the team and his devotion to his family. I am also very appreciative of the many grants he provides to police departments to help fund police K9's. These dogs are a tremendous resource and asset but can be cost prohibitive for so many agencies so his awareness and commitment to helping agencies is truly awesome.

Thank you Ben!452 views“Just wanted to share the photo Ben was sweet enough to take with me over the weekend. I had gone out with family to see my cousin’s band play, and I thought for sure I saw Ben go past us. Awhile later, I was sure it was him. I asked for pic, and he said, ‘Next time back through!’. He was a man of his word. He couldn’t have been nicer, and truly made our night. Please tell him thank you!!†– Carla Weaver
Carla, thank you for sharing the photo with us!

#7's all in a row!!!795 views"Left to right in the photo is my fiancee, Kristin Nugent, followed by Mike Durcho, Jason Keim, and me...and of course our dog Daisy. This photo was taken the opening game of the season against Denver. We were doin' a little pre-gaming when we all noticed we had Ben jerseys on, and each one was different. Ben's Away, Throwback, Real Tree, and his college jersey. Of course we're all life-long Steeler fans from Johnstown, PA and we're all huge Ben fans.
"For myself, I've been waiting what seems like my whole life, for a quarterback as good as Big Ben. His toughness, leadership, and all around ability to lead the Steelers to victory is what makes Ben an easy favorite. Everyone in this photo says the same thing, when Ben is at the helm, it seem like we can't lose. We know as long as he's in the game, the Steelers got a shot to win. We are all proud members of Steeler nation, and proud fans of Ben Roethlisberger. "
