I´m from Monterrey, Mexico. I´m Steelers fan since I was 9 years old, I played football in a team named "acereros", that means Steelers in Spanish. Now i´m 38, and here in Monterrey we have a group named "Regios de Acero" ("men & women of steel") - a Steelers fans group. Every year we make a trip to USA to see a game of our beloved team. Past year we made a trip to New Orleans on October 31st, and in February to Dallas SB XLV (without tickets, we made our tailgate nearest of the stadium, 1 block away and saw the game by TV). Now we scheduled our 2011 trip to see the Steelers at Arizona and Houston. My dream is to visit the Heinz Field and see my team playing at home, and I know that one day I will be there.

Ben's Foundation at work1906 viewsFrom an article on February 23, 2011 at KTAR News in Phoenix:
The Phoenix Fire Department's urban search and rescue team will not go to New Zealand to help with earthquake recovery, but the team still spent Wednesday morning training its search dogs to deal with disasters.
A firefighter was lowered into a hole under concrete rubble in Tempe and it was up to a black lab named Big Ben -- after Pittsburgh Steelers' quarterback Ben Roethlisberger -- to find the trapped man.
"Ben Roethlisberger actually donated dog food for a year and 15 annual physicals for our dogs," said Fire Capt. John Dean.
He noted Big Ben found his man in a matter of seconds, while it could have taken firefighters minutes or hours.
"Even with all the technology we have -- and we embrace it, we're always looking for new ideas and new things -- you just can't beat that dog and their nose, and they're nice to have around, too."

Steelers 75th Anniversary Exhibit1745 viewsAs the Steelers get set to celebrate their 75th anniversary season, the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, has opened a new 2,500-square-foot exhibit chronicling each decade of the team's history!
Ben's draft card will be on display until the end of August, 2007 and will then be moved, along with the other items in the Exhibit, to Heinz Field and the Heinz History Center.
"In 2004, Rookie Ben Roethlisberger became the first quarterback to compile a 13-0 record in the regular season."
