â€œI told him how I â€˜bleed black & goldâ€™, and how I grew up going to the training camps with my dad, Marty. My Dad still goes! Ben got a kick out of that. And I just thanked him for doing such a good job for the team.

â€œHonestly, he never hurried me, he even met my husband. Just a really cool guy. He was very personable, friendly, and made us feel like we werenâ€™t bothering him at all. I was so nervous! My dad is so jealous!â€

Ben, his brother-in-law Brent Harlan, friends Nick Sampson and Tyler Hock, and the Primal Instinct crew on a goose hunt outside Hershey, PA.

The group was hunting with Final Pass Outfitters. Nick and Tyler are film producers whose most recent work is on the popular hunting show "Primal Instinct" on Versus. Ben was a guest hunter last year on the show.

Christmas, 2011 - Kristin Burghard 1742 viewsKristin (with a little help from her husband) shows off a very special gift from Ben.

Kristin was an entrant in a contest on Brett Keisel's official site during the 2011 Thanksgiving holiday called, "What are you thankful for?". Kristin is battling breast cancer and wanted to share her story and the fact that she was thankful for every day. She did not win the contest, but her entry made it's way here. Ben autographed one of his game-used pink & black Nike shoes worn during a game in October, which is the NFL's Breast Cancer Awareness month, and it was sent to Kristin.

"Just wanted to let you know I received Ben's gift! I received it on Christmas Eve... It made our Christmas! I want Ben to know that this has been a very tough time for myself and for my family ... And this made us if just for a moment not to think about the breast cancer, and for that I am so very thankful! I know it's funny , but I love the fact that I know that Big Ben actually wore this!! I have my next chemo on Tuesday and it's a tough one.. And you know .. I'm taken Ben's cleat with me!! I need it to kick some cancer a**! Again, for you guys to take the time out of your busy schedule means so much! (Lost all my hair. Thought the pink wig would go with Ben's cleat !) "

This room is where many of our friends come to watch every Steelers game. The remote control holder I made myself. We are very proud of this room as it has become the center for all events in our household. The room has 13 speaker in HD 7.1 Surround sound.
