THIS was the best highlight of the game and the only photo that will be posted from it.
The Steelers tied the game, 10-10, on the final play of the first half, and it came on a fake field goal. Chris Boswell passed to a wide-open Al Villanueva for the first touchdown scored by a Steelers offensive lineman since Ray Pinney turned the trick in the 1982 season.
Final Score: Steelers 17, Broncos 24

May 22, 2018 - OTA's774 viewsBen clarified that there is no rift between him and Mason Rudolph, his comments were taken out of context and meant in jest and that he plans on helping him any way he can.
“I’ve always done that. I think people took some things into a context that I was going to be mean or rude. That was not it at all. If you listen to the whole conversation I said in jest, laughing and having fun. I have never been the type to be rude or mean to other quarterbacks. I’ve had a lot of quarterbacks through here that have been younger than me that I’ve tried to help any way that I can. I’ll continue to do that.â€
He didn’t waste any time helping. Ben talked with Rudolph a few times, giving him some tips.
“I tried to help him out with a couple of things I saw out there. He hasn’t asked me anything yet, but I inputted my two cents. There was a particular play he ran a little naked on and he was six or seven yards from Rosie (Roosevelt Nix). He threw it pretty hard at Rosie and threw it high, and Rosie didn’t catch it. I pulled him aside and said you’ll learn quickly every throw doesn’t have to be the hardest throw you can make. You don’t have to put every throw on guy’s chests as hard as you can. That’s a great opportunity for a nice easy touch pass. Just trying to instill things like that.â€

May 22, 2018 - OTA's714 views“It was good to be back out here and be with the guys. Have some fun with guys you haven’t been around in a while and see some new guys. It was fun today. It’s fun to get back out here. To be around the guys, to laugh, smile and throw the football around is always fun. I never would have heard the end of it from (Maurkice) Pouncey if I didn’t. Just to be out here to have fun. It’s Day 1. It’s good to get out here.â€

September 24, 2018: Steelers vs Bucs589 views"Looking for their first win of the season, the Steelers figured to need a big night from their offense, which automatically means they were going to need a big night from their quarterback. And Ben Roethlisberger delivered. He completed 30-of-38 for 353 yards, with three touchdowns, one interception, and a rating of 120.7. Roethlisberger also ran one quarterback sneak for 2 yards and another first down in the Steelers 30-27 win over Tampa Bay. Roethlisberger is the 'Steelers Digest Player of the Week'." -- Bob Labriola, Steelers.com
Final Score: Steeler 30, Bucs 27.

November 18, 2018: Steelers vs Jaguars588 views“You just grow when you are faced with adversity like this in a hostile environment and you are not playing great and you find ways to get it done. From that standpoint really excited. We have some lessons to learn. You tip your cap to that group, particularly their defense. We got a big play and that got us back into it. I also tip the cap to our defense. They were put in some tough situations. They were out there a lot of snaps. They didn’t blink. They held the fort until our offense got going. Then with No. 7 you have a chance.†— Coach Tomlin.
Final score: Steelers 20, Jaguars 16
