On this day each year, the former U.S. Ambassador, Dan Rooney, hosted an annual flag football game at the @USEmbassyDublin
10 years ago today, his special guest was legendary Steelers QB @_BigBen7. Big Ben was given a warm Irish welcome from all who came out to show their support 🙌​

A small photo with a BIG Shout-Out!


“I just wanted to give a big shout out to Ben for taking the time to stop and take a picture with my son, at Children’s Hospital. He is a Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor, and was there for a check-up and other things.” — Julie Lewis.

Because he is Ben Roethlisberger!! No kidding!

We got Ben 15 yrs ago. My husband, TJ, said he was naming our boy ‘Little Benjamin’ after Ben. His colors are true Steeler colors. Many games, Lil Ben would run around with his Terrible Towel and cheer Big Ben on.

We wish Ben and his family all the best. We miss him, but are grateful for all the years we were able to cheer him and the Steelers on!!
