According to her mom, Ebony, 2-1/2 year old Essence Smith not only watches the games, but she coaches her team on game day with positive reinforcement for plays well done! She is a mini-Coach Tomlin yelling, “Lets go STEELERS, and “Lets go BOYS”. Of course, putting on her #7 jersey is a must before she stands in front of the TV watching & coaching her “boys”.

This pint-sized PR gal has also inspired her friends to be a part of Steeler Nation also.
