Our fans group is STEELERS Black & Yellow and itâ€™s formed by 2 cities (Saltillo and Monclova), from the state of Coahuila, Mexico.

How did it start?

In Saltillo, Coahuila 2007 Mike Gomez & I (Enrique HernÃ¡ndez) met when Mike went to the Cyber Coffee where I used work, he saw my cap and my terrible towel and he asked me about my passion for the STEELERS.

Among the time we started a friendship that over the years became what is now STEELERS BLACK & YELLOW.

We start it with a fans group around 20 members. Then Mike went to Monclova. With the support of Eduardo Abrego and David Gomez start this group in this city.

Few years ago we met other fans groups like Regios de Acero, Steelers Family & Steelers Mexico.

This year in the last Mexico Training Camp all of us decided follow the Regio de Aceroâ€™s idea (your 3rd annual photo) and the last Sunday we took our 1st annual photo STEELERS Fans in more than 14 cities of our nation.

STEELERS Black & Yellow organized the photo in Saltillo and Monclova with an attendance of over 265 people.

Today:

Every time more people join usâ€¦Now 7 years after, the fans club STEELERS Black & Yellow has around 500 persons joined for just one reason â€œPITTSBURGH STEELERSâ€.

Most of us have been participating in various activities related to the STEELERS like a Training Camps, signing autographs, travel to games, learning, playing, living, enjoying every one of his matches and news. We are of Steelâ€¦ We are STEELERS Black and Yellow. â€“ Kike Hernandez

April 13, 2026 - Picture Perfect162 views“My husband (also named Ben) did some work at the Roethlisberger home, and took a chance to ask Big Ben to sign our wedding photo before he left. We were the first couple to be married at the Steelers Hall of Honor, back on March 7th, 2024. Big Ben was very gracious about it, which is why I wanted to find a way to thank him. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was one of our wedding photos taken at the Hall of Honor, my husband would’ve never asked. We have a couple of pics that we’d like to get signed as opportunity presents itself over time, but this was a crazy coincidence to my husband, and he loves me enough to have gone for it, lol. We are grateful to Big Ben for being the first Steeler who was “part of our wedding,” to know about our wedding, and to sign one of our wedding photos.
